About JonJuans Fire Sauce & Jerky
JonJuans Beef Jerky is handcrafted in small batches, using a recipe I personally developed and refined over more than two years. Every step of the process reflects a commitment to quality, flavour, and craftsmanship.
Our jerky is made without artificial preservatives, including nitrates, focusing instead on careful preparation, proper dehydration, and bold, natural flavour.
What began as a hobby evolved into a passion—and ultimately into a dream I didn’t know I had. That passion shows in every batch we produce.
The foundation of all our jerky is the OG flavour profile, which serves as the base from which any flavour or spice level can be built. From that core profile, we currently offer the following varieties:

About Jon
Johnny Fidel Casarez is a medically retired U.S. Army veteran and a single father to two daughters, Khloe and Makayla, who remain his greatest source of motivation.
Johnny served in the United States Army as a 13B (Cannon Crewmember), completing three combat tours in Iraq. His service was recognised with over 30 military awards and ribbons, including a Presidential Unit Citation presented during the Obama administration.
Following his military career, Johnny pursued formal culinary and business education, earning a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu and a Business degree from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
What began as a hobby slowly evolved into a passion—and ultimately into a dream he didn’t know he had. With discipline, precision, and respect for food safety, Johnny spent over two years developing and refining his jerky recipe, focusing on the science behind curing and dehydration to ensure both exceptional flavor and safe consumption.
I truly love what I do, and that love shows in every product I create.
